Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cubitrek (“Cubitrek”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use https://cubitrek.com and related services. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

• Information you submit through forms on this site: name, email, company, phone, and your message. Booking a call collects the same details plus your chosen time.
• Usage data collected automatically: pages viewed, referrer, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Collected via cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent choices.
• Information shared during a client engagement (project files, access credentials, business data). Engagement data is governed by the contract and NDA for that engagement, not by this policy.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver services you’ve requested.
• To operate, secure, and improve this site.
• To measure our marketing, including advertising measurement and retargeting as described below.
• To meet legal obligations (tax, compliance, contractual).

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel with server-side conversion tracking to measure our advertising and build retargeting audiences of site visitors, subject to the consent rules described in the Cookies section. You can change your choice at any time via the Privacy choices link in the footer. Meta and Google describe their own processing in their respective privacy policies.

Calls, texts and AI assistance

If you give us a phone number, whether on this site, on a Facebook or Instagram lead form, on a booking page, or through a marketplace such as Bark, you agree that Cubitrek may contact you at that number about your enquiry and our services. That contact may include text messages and calls placed using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.

Some of our calls are answered or placed by an AI assistant. It says so at the start of the call, it will confirm it is AI if you ask, and it can hand you to a person at any point. Those calls are recorded so we can review quality, and the recording and a written transcript are stored against your record in our CRM. We keep them only while we have a reason to, and you can ask us to delete them.

You can stop this at any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell the person or the assistant on any call, or email hello@cubitrek.com. We will remove your number and will not call it again.

What we don’t do

• Sell your personal data.
• Send you marketing email you did not sign up for.
• Call or text a number you did not give us.
• Retain data longer than necessary for the purposes above.

Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and security), HighLevel (form handling, booking, and our CRM), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and Google and Meta as described above. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

International transfers

Cubitrek operates from the United States, Estonia, and Pakistan. Form submissions and CRM records are stored by our providers primarily in the United States. Wherever your data is processed, it is protected by the safeguards described in this policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@cubitrek.com. We respond within 30 days. EU and UK visitors also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working (session, security, consent state). For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies run only after you accept them in the consent banner. Elsewhere they run by default, and you can opt out at any time via the Privacy choices link in the footer or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
