Leveraging our extensive network and expertise, we specialize in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent in various tech roles, including NODE JS Developers, PHP Developers, Front End UI/UX Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Mobile App Developers, Digital Marketers, Graphic Designers, and QA personnel.
Beyond hiring, Cubitrek takes on the responsibility of managing the resources. This includes continuous performance monitoring, professional development, and ensuring alignment with your project goals and company culture.
Understanding that each project has unique requirements, we offer customized staffing solutions. Whether you need a specialized skill set for a short-term project or long-term support, our flexible approach ensures that you have the right talent at the right time.
Each project will have a clearly defined scope of work, detailing the specific tasks and responsibilities of our personnel.
The engagement term begins on the start date specified and continues until the end date, unless terminated earlier as outlined in these terms.
Fees for our services are specified in the engagement documentation.
We issue invoices monthly, with payments due in advance and within 10 days of the invoice date.
The client is responsible for providing any necessary equipment, accessories, and covering additional technical costs required for our personnel to perform their tasks efficiently. This includes but is not limited to computers, software licenses, and other specialized tools.
The resources allocated to the client will be dedicated solely to that client and will not be shared with other clients during the engagement period.
Cubitrek believes in maintaining transparency regarding salary expenses. We provide a clear breakdown of the salary structure for each role, ensuring you understand the financial implications.
Estimated salaries are provided for roles including NODE JS Developers, PHP Developers, Front End UI/UX Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA personnel. These figures are estimates and may vary based on qualifications and experience.
We prioritize confidentiality. Both parties agree to protect any non-public information shared during the engagement.
Confidential information will only be used as necessary to fulfill the terms of the engagement.
Intellectual property created during the engagement will belong to the client once all fees are paid.
Each party retains ownership of pre-existing materials, with a license granted to the other party as needed to complete the project.
Cubitrek’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Clients agree to indemnify Cubitrek from any claims arising from the use of our services.
Either party can terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice.
Immediate termination is possible if either party breaches a material term and fails to correct it within 15 days.
Clients will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cubitrek is incorporated.
Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Cubitrek’s jurisdiction.
We conduct periodic performance reviews of all staff members placed at your organization to ensure optimal performance and alignment with your project goals.
We encourage regular feedback sessions to address any concerns and continuously improve our services.
We provide detailed monthly reports outlining the performance of each staff member, ensuring complete transparency.

We schedule regular updates and meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns in real-time.
Our team is readily available to offer support whenever required, ensuring any issues are addressed efficiently.
Our contract allows for the scaling up or down of resources based on your current project demands.
We are open to revisiting and modifying the terms of our agreement as your business needs change.

All our staff members sign confidentiality agreements to legally bind them to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information they come across.
