Engagement and Duration

Scope of Work

Fees and Payment

We issue invoices monthly, with payments due in advance and within 10 days of the invoice date.

Equipment and Additional Costs

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing any necessary equipment, accessories, and covering additional technical costs required for our personnel to perform their tasks efficiently. This includes but is not limited to computers, software licenses, and other specialized tools.

Dedicated Resources

The resources allocated to the client will be dedicated solely to that client and will not be shared with other clients during the engagement period.

Detailed Salary Estimates

Estimated salaries are provided for roles including NODE JS Developers, PHP Developers, Front End UI/UX Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA personnel. These figures are estimates and may vary based on qualifications and experience.


Confidential Information

We prioritize confidentiality. Both parties agree to protect any non-public information shared during the engagement.


Confidential information will only be used as necessary to fulfill the terms of the engagement.

Intellectual Property


Intellectual property created during the engagement will belong to the client once all fees are paid.

Pre-Existing Materials

Each party retains ownership of pre-existing materials, with a license granted to the other party as needed to complete the project.

Liability and Indemnification

Cubitrek’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
